- Name reservation

However, the most commonly used structure is that of the Corporation. It has the following characteristics:

• The capital is divided into shares, which can be of different classes and with special rights and obligations.
• Governance by Shareholders Assembly, Board of Directors and General Manager.

Deposit the initial capital f the company in a temporary bank account at a local bank of your choice. - Incorporation
Sign the Deed of Incorporation. - Public Deed
Register the company in the public records. - Tax Identification Number
